Rental Information and Cabin Rules
Beginning December 1, 2020
We do offer one night minimum stays during the week, and two night minimum on weekends. Rent 6 nights and get the 7th free!
One night stays are due in full upon reservation. Reservations made 48 hours or less prior to your arrival require payment in full.
Final payments are due seven days before arrival.
Deposit is $200 plus tax and is non-refundable.
No cancellations due to inclement weather.
Check-In/Out:
Check-in 3:00pm Monday-Saturday.
Sunday rentals will be available at 4:00pm as we attend church. Early check-in may be possible, please inquire.
Check-out is 11:00am
Pets:
Pets are allowed for a one-time additional fee of $25 each. If you bring pets that you do not admit to, the price will double to $50.
Deposit:
$200 non refundable deposit (plus tax) required to reserve cabin.
Remainder due five days before check-in.
Cabin Rules:
Bringing more people than stated room capacity, will result in extra charges of $20 each.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside cabins. Smoking penalty fees will be applied to guests smoking inside cabins.
Outside smoking, please dispose of cigarette butts in an appropriate container. Ash trays are provided on decks for your use.
Arkansas Grand Canyon View Cabins is not responsible for accidents.
If you are going to the river or swimming, bring your own beach towel. Ours are white and we’d prefer them stay white and clean for your use.
Any damages to interior/exterior property will be assessed and cardholder will be held responsible.
If you mess it up, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
